Why we built it
Years of experience kept leading us to the same conclusion: automation is hard for businesses. And not just starting from scratch - even adopting an existing tool rarely goes smoothly: the tool is bought, but working scenarios are still a long way off.
The entry barrier is high. Just to begin, you need to connect different systems - data, email, CRM, messengers, internal services. That means integrations, APIs, development - usually someone with deep technical knowledge, and far from every company can dedicate people or a whole team to automation. So the same operations keep being done by hand: export, merge, check, forward. Day after day.
Our mission
FlowTrux is a step toward lowering those barriers. We don't promise automation becomes magic - but we believe the path gets noticeably easier.
The platform is universal and simple enough to try in any field with repetitive operations: it extracts information from different sources, analyzes data, presents the result in a convenient form - a report, an email, a message, a ready web page - and passes it on to other systems. Classic automation building blocks are extended with AI: agents inside a scenario don't just copy data from A to B - they help analyze information and make decisions.
Public beta
We're in beta - everything on the platform is free to try. A simple interface, base templates, forms and web pages you can set up right away, a simple ACL to split work between teams, and an AI assistant help you get going even without technical specialists on staff: describe the task in words and the assistant builds the scenario for you. And if you're an engineer - the possibilities are nearly unlimited.
What matters most to us right now is feedback: take one repetitive task, try building it in FlowTrux - and tell us where it was easy and where it wasn't.
