These terms govern your use of FlowTrux, operated by FlowTrux, registered in Lithuania. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using FlowTrux on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
FlowTrux is an AI-native orchestration platform for building and executing agentic workflows. It includes a visual workflow editor, an execution engine, integrations with third-party services via MCP and other protocols, AI-powered workflow generation and analysis tools, and related features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not maintain more than one account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. When a paid plan is cancelled, your organization reverts to the Free plan and its associated limits apply. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days written notice.
You own everything you create on FlowTrux. Your workflows, execution results, uploaded documents, and configurations belong to you.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your data solely to operate the service. We will not access your data except to provide the service, respond to support requests with your permission, or comply with legal obligations.
You can export your data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in detail.
You agree not to use FlowTrux for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to access other accounts or systems without authorization, transmit malware or harmful code through the platform, abuse rate limits or degrade performance for other users, reverse engineer or decompile the platform, use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications, or store content that violates third-party rights.
FlowTrux lets you connect external services including AI providers, MCP servers, Slack, Google Workspace, and others. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services. We are not liable for the availability, actions, or data handling practices of third-party services you choose to connect.
The FlowTrux platform, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur, and we will provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTrux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Lithuanian law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that notice period constitutes acceptance.
