Plans and Usage
Understanding FlowTrux subscription plans and their limits.
Each organization in FlowTrux has a subscription plan that determines resource limits and feature access. Available plans and pricing are shown in Settings > Billing.
Resource Limits
Each plan defines limits across the following dimensions:
| Resource | Description |
|---|---|
| Workflows | Maximum number of workflows the organization can create. |
| Executions / month | Monthly quota for workflow executions. |
| Workspaces | Maximum number of workspaces within the organization. |
| Members | Maximum team members (excluding the owner). |
| AI Providers | Maximum number of AI provider key configurations. |
| MCP Servers | Maximum number of MCP server configurations. |
| Knowledge Bases | Maximum number of knowledge bases for RAG. |
| Storage | Total file storage capacity. |
| Execution History | How many days execution logs are retained. |
| AI Models | Some plans may restrict which AI models are available. |
Viewing Usage
The Owner can view current usage against plan limits in Settings > Usage. This section displays:
- Usage counters for workflows, executions, workspaces, members, AI providers, MCP servers, knowledge bases, and storage.
- Progress bars showing consumption relative to each limit.
- Remaining quota for the current billing period.
Exceeding Limits
When an organization reaches a plan limit, the corresponding action is blocked. For example:
- Creating a new workflow when the workflow limit is reached.
- Executing a workflow when the monthly execution quota is exhausted.
- Adding a workspace when the workspace limit is reached.
An upgrade prompt guides you to choose a higher plan.
Changing Plans
Plans can be changed in Settings > Billing. You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower one.
When downgrading, if your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, excess resources become read-only until you reduce usage within the new limits. Your data is not deleted.
